  • We are a pet friendly community! We welcome all cat and dog breeds and weight limits although no more than 2 pets per any apartment home. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and an additional fee of $150 for each additional pet. Monthly Pet Rent is $25.

  • We are a smoke-free community. We do provide smoking stations throughout the community for those who need it.
